Ordering

What size should I buy?

Our garments are a relaxed fit and can have a slight oversized look and feel.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What are the garments made of?

Shirts:

  • Garment dyed for that lived in feel and almost no shrinkage at home
  • Soft ring spun cotton fabric with 100% cotton threads
  • Topstitched, classic width, rib collar
  • TFP flat neck label.
  • Relaxed fit, seamless body
  • Made with OEKO-TEX certified low-impact dyes
  • Clean pigment dye colors are salt free

Hoodies:

  • 80/20 (cotton to polyester) soft blend premium hoodie
  • 1 x 1 rib with spandex for enhanced stretch and recovery
  • Double lined; no draw cord
  • Classic fit
  • Pocket Pouch

Shipping

We offer economy and priority shipping through USPS. Be sure to check our Shipping Policy to see if we ship to your location.

What is the shipping policy?

***Thanks for Playing will be closed for the holidays and resume production on January 3, 2024. Orders placed after December 22, 2023 will be processed starting January 3, 2024.***

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This will include your order tracking number. 

Shipping times and delays are out of our control. Please allow 2-6 days for delivery depending on the service used and the location of shipment. Unfortunately we do not have any information on package status and delivery beyond what the service carrier provides with your tracking number.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How do I locate my delivered order?

Thanks for Playing isn't responsible for any package once marked as delivered by any parcel carrier or your local USPS post office. 

Orders that are lost, stolen, or not received by the customer but reported as successfully delivered by the carrier must be dealt with the carrier directly by filing a claim for the missing package. Unfortunately, orders that are reported as delivered successfully can only be located by the carrier. We will provide as much information to you about your order to assist in locating your order with the carrier. Beyond this we are not responsible for orders lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery, and are not obligated to replace such orders. 

**Please note Thanks for Playing can only ship to the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

At this time we do not ship overseas, internationally, or to the following locations: Alaska, America Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, damage, blemishes, free of animal hair, signs of wear etc.)
  • The original tags must be still attached to the garment.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thanksforplaying.com. Please include the name the order was placed under, email, order number, and a detailed description of what item you will be returning and why.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thanksforplaying.com.

What if my garment arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. See return policy and starting an exchange.

How do I exchange an item in my order?

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@thanksforplaying.com. Please include the name the order was placed under, email, order number, and a detailed description of what item you will be exchanging, why, and what you are exchanging for.

We are only accepting exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Damaged garments

Exchanges will be treated as returns followed by a separate invoice for the new garment. Once the original garment has been returned and has met the return item criteria (see return policy), an invoice will be sent to the customer for the new garment to be sent to them. Once the invoice has been paid the new garment will be delivered to the customer.
