Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund (minus shipping.) To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, damage, blemishes, free of animal hair, signs of wear etc.)
  • The original tags must be still attached to the garment.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thanksforplaying.com. Please include the name the order was placed under, email, order number, and a detailed description of what item you will be returning and why.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thanksforplaying.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@thanksforplaying.com. Please include the name the order was placed under, email, order number, and a detailed description of what item you will be exchanging, why, and what you are exchanging for.

We are only accepting exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Damaged garments

Exchanges will be treated as returns followed by a separate invoice for the new garment. Once the original garment has been returned and has met the return item criteria (see return policy), an invoice will be sent to the customer for the new garment to be sent to them. Once the invoice has been paid the new garment will be delivered to the customer.

SPONSORED APPAREL

All TFP Sponsored apparel is considered final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or returns. Due to the exclusivity and limited time offering of the apparel. We cannot accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues, incorrect orders due to user error, shipping delays, or dissatisfaction.
